These Terms apply to the Ignite Curiosity website at https://ignitecuriosity.org and to the Focus Hive text message program. The program is operated by Focus Hive Inc, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958 ("Focus Hive", "we", "us"). By using the site or joining the program you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Use of the site

You agree to give accurate information when you register or contact us, to use the site lawfully, and not to interfere with it or with other members. Registration creates a request that a coach must approve; it does not create an account by itself. We may decline, suspend or remove an account that breaks these Terms.

Focus Hive text messaging (SMS) program

• Program name: Focus Hive.
• What it is: Account and customer-care text messages from Focus Hive: a confirmation that your sign-up was received, a pointer to your login email, a one-time follow-up offering help getting started, and replies from our staff when you text us a question. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
• How you join: only by ticking the separate, optional box that reads "Yes, text me about my Focus Hive sign-up and account" on our registration form, or the matching box on our contact form, when you give us your mobile number. The box is never pre-ticked. Consent to texts is not a condition of joining, registering, contacting us or buying anything, and you can use the site without it.
• Message frequency: varies. It is low, and usually one or two messages after you sign up or ask a question.
• Costs: message and data rates may apply. Focus Hive does not charge for the texts; your mobile carrier may charge for them under your plan.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
• Opt out: reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation and no more messages. Reply START to subscribe again.
• Carriers: wireless carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
• Privacy: your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

Content and intellectual property

The site content belongs to Ignite Curiosity, Focus Hive or its licensors. You may view it for your own non-commercial use. Content you submit remains yours; you allow us to use it to run the programs you asked about.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Focus Hive is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from delayed, undelivered or misdirected messages.
