Try multiple paths. Switch between areas. Explore freely. That's the whole point—discovering what ignites YOUR curiosity through experimentation, not commitment.

Start by exploring different SPARK areas. Most students discover their passion by experimenting first - trying activities across creative, programming, finance, and more. You don't have to choose forever. Explore, learn, and change direction as you discover what ignites your curiosity.

Our learning paths are open to candidates who have successfully passed our Orientation and achieved a respectable Curiosity Score - meaning they are interactive in the Community and make a conscious effort to be a positive influence on others while implementing the SPARK Learning System™. We encourage you to try multiple paths before committing to one - switching between areas is not just okay, it's encouraged! We are partnered with multiple organizations and offer multiple styles in our program: ranging from self-paced, group training, and private coaching. We recommend you read about Lifelong Learning as our approach to learning, careers, and life philosophy probably differs from what society has taught you. With that in mind, below are the exploration paths we have available with our Enterprise partners.

Learning FAQ

We don't believe in time. Really, at all. Our programs allow you to start when you want and contribute as much or as little as you want. Learn to break free from solid guidelines & instead we want you to make decisions for yourself. Instead of asking this question, ask how passionate you are, yourself? What time commitment do you desire in this chapter of your life? Then, you'll have your answer.

No. None of our learning paths are paid. We consider these Experiential learning where you receive well over 80% education and training in brand new areas you have no understanding of, instead of mundane work. We are a non-profit with a very strong focus on providing learning opportunities, not labor. Read our Lifelong Learning page to understand why we recommend this approach.

We partner with corporations worldwide, and some explorers have been hired by partner companies or our own organization. But here's the honest truth: SPARK is about YOUR journey of discovery, not a job guarantee. If you're passionate, engaged, and growing, opportunities may open up—but that's the bonus, not the goal. Real opportunities typically take years to develop (often 3+ years), because genuine mastery takes time.

Credit is determined by your Career Services department at your own Education Institute. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and we really encourage every intern to work directly with us & their career services department as an intermediary at every step of the way.

We are open to experiences with all demographics internationally. You don't have to be enrolled in school, no degree required, and no age limit. You will need a strong command of the English language and you will need to complete Orientation and maintain a high Curiosity Score with a burning passion for learning, having impact, and thriving on a team. Showing all of this with action and interactivity instead of with resumes or cover letters.
