Ignite Curiosity's Corporate Alliances team has extensive experience working with some of the world’s biggest brands. Each corporate partner is provided with a dedicated international account manager from the Corporate Alliance team located in New York and Pakistan. The account managers have backgrounds in corporate marketing, public relations, web marketing, advertising, media, market research, packaged-goods marketing, corporate philanthropy and/or product donations. Ignite Curiosity's international account managers liaise with Ignite Curiosity's National Committees in the country where the corporate partner is headquartered to build and leverage the alliance for highest impact.

We partner with corporations and organizations that have an invested interest in creating Self-Motivated Employees and SMILE Spaces in corporations. We create customized Curiosity Communitys, SMILE Spaces, and Corporate Curiosity Camps specific to enterprise HR Initiatives. We help corporations understand the importance of P-20+ Education programs, implement education initiatives that create self-motivated staff, and provide ongoing training in STEAM literacy so employees can focus on their services and products instead of onboarding and training in general areas. With this approach, employers can reduce hiring costs, onboarding costs, and gain access to a broad array of candidates who have been trained in our learning methods for many years.
The Curiosity Community implements The SMILE Method™, which emphasizes and prioritizes Hive Mentality. This mentality puts a large focus on teamwork, collaboration, and interactivity in international digial landscapes. Students who complete our literacy program excel at multiple sectors relevant to the ever-changing corporate environment where they have vast understanding of the importance of attitude, communication, and self-motivated techniques on their projects and tasks. We teach our community to balance AQ, IQ, and EQ for highest effectiveness in the workforce. For large corporations, we become the voice in the local and extended cities or townships where they are located. We inspire community leaders to adopt STEAM literacy programs to intertwine with long-term community development in specialized skills needed by the local enterprises. In this fashion, we are supplemental in strengthening the local workforce and aligning their skills and habits with future work in the economy.
We use a unique approach to education that allows you to use our platform to train low-skilled workers into the managers you wish them to become. We have many young students around the world who seek internship positions, yet have no experience whatsoever. Instead of weighing down your existing management, we encourage Enterprises to enroll their junior staff into our Management Playground program where they can have access to small teams and learn the skills needed to become adept leaders in your organization.
We cover literacy in multiple management techniques with the students of the management program with real-world experiences where they coach actual interns on actual projects. They are exposed to Agile, SCRUM, KanBan, and many other project management techniques while using enterprise software designed by Microsoft - such as Microsoft Project, Dynamics 365, PowerBI, Microsoft Flow, and Office 365. We encourage high prioritization of delegation, the use of artificial intelligence, and share skills that will increase their EQ while also increasing their literacy if they are to move up into a management position. While the overall program is dynamic, those enrolled may focus on areas their corporation sees as relevant where we will provide analytics and statistics back to the corporation on the skills learned and suggested continued coursework for leadership qualities.
