What we collect

• Details you enter in our registration, contact and interest forms: name, email address, mobile phone number, location, your interests and the message you write.
• Your text-message consent: whether you ticked the optional SMS box, and when. We keep this as proof of opt-in.
• The texts you send us and our replies, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and spam prevention.

To process your registration or inquiry, to contact you about it, to run your account, to answer questions, and to keep the site secure. We send you text messages only if you ticked the optional SMS box, and only for the purposes described in the SMS section of the Terms. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging consent is never shared for those purposes. Our messaging provider and mobile carriers handle your number only to deliver the messages you asked for.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and the programs (for example hosting, email and messaging delivery) under obligations to protect it, and where the law requires it.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to end text messages. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Not ticking the SMS box does not affect your registration.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and record-keeping reasons, and protect it with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
