The Hive Mentality is the entire fabric of how our organization and many others worldwide run. To get amazing opportunities, you must think of how you can help the entire organization, what skills you bring to the table, and you must show teamwork in all moments. This guide teaches the philosophy where much of our strategy is derived from Japanese business practices.
